Abstract
This Procurement seeks to setup a Framework of up to 15 specialist consultants with the capacity to provide professional support and guidance to SME’s in North West Wales.
The 15 top ranked bidders will be appointed to the Framework.
Successfully appointed suppliers will be invited to provide various work stream projects to local based SME’s.
GLLM does not anticipate that each bidder will possess expertise across all the above work streams and therefore applications are welcomed in respect of all, or several, or each of the work streams. See Specification of Requirement within ITT for workstream details.
All call-off’s conducted under this Framework Agreement will follow a mini-competition, where all successfully appointed suppliers will be invited to bid.
