This procurement is under the 'Light Touch' provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Chapter 3, Section 7 - Social and Other Specific Services).

It is anticipated that delivery of the services will begin 1st November 2021. The length of contract will depend on which Lot the provider applies for and is successful in.
