Hampshire County Council is commissioning traditional Overnight Respite in a residential setting for Children and Young People with a Disability. Any services provided under this arrangement will be part of a holistic support package for the child or young person that meets identified objectives as part of a Care Plan agreed by the child or young person, their family and social worker. The Procurement vehicle will be for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the Council's discretion

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Hampshire County Council invites organisations who provide overnight respite operating in or around the area of Hampshire County Council to tender for the delivery of overnight respite services for children and young people with a disability.
The Council is procuring the arrangement utilising the Light Touch Regime. The duration of the Procurement vehicle is proposed to be an initial duration of two years with the option to extend by two 12 month periods (a potential total duration of four years). Throughout the duration, new providers of overnight respite can apply to join at any time. Providers are required to Ofsted Registered at 'Good' or above.
