NICTS is seeking to develop and implement a new Case Management System and Customer Facing Web Portal for the Planning Appeals Commission and Water Appeals Commission (PACWAC). The Department for Infrastructure is currently developing a planning application system and the Mid Ulster Council have plans to develop a similar system in the near future. NICTS are seeking to integrate the systems with the proposed PACWAC solution. Please refer to the Specification Schedule for more details on the services required.

The UK does not have any special review body with responsibility for appeal/mediation procedures in public procurement competitions. Instead; any challenges are dealt with by the High Court, Commercial Division, to which proceedings may be issued regarding alleged breaches of the PCR2015 as amended
