Conversion of Dwelling into Day Support Service Building for Disabled Children

Description of the goods or services required

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake and oversee the conversion of an existing dwelling into a specialist day support service building for disabled children – to include architectural, engineering and employer’s agent services at Haulfryn, Llangristiolus.

The Council are seeking Consultants who can provide evidence of being conversant in Welsh Government building procedures as well as the relevant policies (The Child Minding and Day Care (Wales) Regulations 2010) and preferably with previous experience in designing / working with requirements for buildings for disabled children. We will assess this requirement by asking for previous experience of similar contracts being delivered. Please provide a portfolio of previous work. During the tender scoring process, only commissions completed within Wales will be considered.
