Abstract

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager for the refurbishment of 13Nr. Council Houses in various geographical locations to WHQS standard as per the guidance given in the tender documentation. There will also be a requirement to advise and lead on CDM 2015 matters on behalf of the Client. Tender documents may be accessed via the 'documents' tab on sell2wales Questions and requests for clarification must be done via the sell2wales Q&A function. Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 04/10/2019. Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
