South Tees Development Limited is the owner of a large industrial estate (in excess of 2000acres) on the banks of the TEES and is seeking to appoint a Management Contractor to manage a variety of contract works packages as and when deemed required including but not limited to:
- Road repairs across 15-20KM of existing site roads
- Road Lighting
- Lattice Tower Lights
- Standard road lights
- Culvert Jetting
