Paradigm Housing Group (PHG) is seeking to contract with a single provider suitably qualified and experienced to deliver PHG’s Grounds Maintenance Provision for all our sites where the service is required.
PHG manages over 900 parcels of land blocks and estates, ranging in size and complexity across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and North and North-West London.
The sites cover a range of types of land, including
• Formal-type gardens
• Informal gardens
• Amenity land
• Verges and green sward
• Wildflower gardens
• Meadowland
• Estate pathway
• Shared pathways (to rear entrances to houses)
• Public rights of way

Recent inspections and audits of existing stock have identified that investment is needed in its grounds. Whilst site improvements do not form part of this contract, we want to work with The Contractor to identify improvements and develop a plan for improving the external areas of estates.
The approximate spend is £1,000,000 per annum.
Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment Regulations 2006 (TUPE) may apply to this opportunity.
The contract start date will be 1st April 2024 for 4 years with the option at the discretion of Paradigm, subject to performance and available budget, to extend for a further 3, one year periods (i.e. 1+1+1).
