The Council and its ancillary arms (such as arm’s length bodies and/or wholly or partly owned subsidiaries and partner organisations) is tendering for Cleaning Consumables, Chemicals and Machinery to ensure that it can continue to provide good quality, range and value for money Cleaning Consumables, Chemicals and Machinery split into Lots as below;
Lot A – Chemicals
Lot B – Consumables (including brooms)
Lot C – Machinery and Equipment
The Contracts are expected to commence on 1st November 2023 and shall continue for 2 years, until 31st October 2025. The Council will be entitled at its absolute discretion to extend the Contracts Period on the same terms for a further period or periods of up to 3 year making a total possible Contracts Period of 5 years on a 2+2+1 basis.
