In November 2020 the further extension of Shared Services between Chorley and South Ribble Council’s was agreed. Along with a Shared Leadership team, phase two also included ICT, Customer Services and Revenues and Benefits. To support the alignment of Services and the delivery of the Joint Digital Strategy 2021-2024 the Councils are looking to standardise infrastructure, systems, and services across both authorities into a single operating model.
To enable the modernisation of Council services and align ways of working the Councils are looking to create a centralised CCTV control room across Councils. Chorley & South Ribble Borough Councils (the Councils) are inviting tenders on the terms set out in the ITT and attached Appendices for the design, install, provision and support for the relocation and upgrade of CCTV across Chorley Council and South Ribble Borough Council.
Chorley Council is acting as lead authority on this Procurement and is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake the work as described in the Specification.
Time is of the essence with this contract and the service must commence within 2 weeks of contract signing and the supplier receiving a Purchase Order from the Council.
