This tender is for the servicing of AOV's (automated opening vents) and fire curtains.
Housing 21 has approximately 144 courts that require the above services.
Housing 21 wants to develop a collaborative relationship with the successful supplier and demonstrates this by offering a five year contract with the opportunity of a two year extension.
Housing 21 is developing in size and aims to double in size in the next five years, the estimated total value below which is inclusion of VAT (this has been doubled to take into account of Housing 21 objective to double in size).
