CO-LOCATION OF SPECIALIST SUPPORT AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING ACCOMMODATION PROVISION AT TY SARDIS

Description of the goods or services required

As part of the Council’s Homelessness Support Grant Programme Strategy, the Council is seeking to develop Ty Sardis to deliver a Housing Assessment Centre, with support from an external provider to develop and manage on-site temporary accommodation with relevant support services.

The Council is looking to develop a strong partnership with an organisation that can take the lead in helping us to shape (and develop) the facility, and then manage the delivery of the services.

The nature of the partnership will be defined through any procurement process, but to help the Council to understand what could be delivered the Council wishes to attract expressions of interest from organisations that could help to shape and deliver services that achieve very clear outcomes.

This Market Consultation exercise is an opportunity for potential providers to participate in shaping the Council’s procurement strategy and gain insight into the proposed development strategy. Potential providers who are interested in this opportunity are invited to download the Request for Information (RFI) questionnaire via the www.etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk and complete no later than 08/09/23 (12:00).

Potential providers who submit a questionnaire may be invited to a dialogue /question and answer session with the Council.

THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR TENDERS (ITT) OR A PRE-QUALIFICATION (PQQ) EXERCISE. This is a Request For Information (RFI). The RFI will be used to facilitate a market sounding exercise to provide advance information of requirements and open a dialogue with the market. The results may be used to inform future procurement specifications and strategies.
