The panel line to meet the following requirements:
1. Panel Line to fit within 85m x 19m footprint.
2. One sided welder, capable of joining 12.75m plates with run off plates.
3. Plate thickness ranging from 4mm to 20mm.
4. Panel size 12.75 m x 20 m.
5. Mounting and welding of stiffeners.
