Southside Housing Association (and listed partners), have developed this “New Build & CTIW Framework” which will will be offered in (4) Lots and Project, tenders are invited for the following:
Lot 1 - Projects of up to 15 Units on single or multiple sites
Lot 2 - Projects of between 16 and 35 Units on single or multiple sites
Lot 3 - Projects of 36 Units or more on single or multiple sites
Lot 4 - Comprehensive Tenement Improvement Works (CTIW)
