Abstract

Following the preliminary works undertaken in March 2024 to remove the vegetation from the structure, the scope of this project is focused on the implementation of the repair and consolodation of the building fabric as outlined within the Donald Insall Assocaites scope of works. We seek to appoint a main contractor to manage and oversee the repair and conservation work of the project. The scope of repairs includes a range of repair and consolidation techniques. The chosen contractor will be required to demonstrate experience and expertise in implementing the repairs on a structure of similar nature and site challenges.

We seek to appoint a main contractor to manage and oversee the repair and conservation work of the project. The scope of repairs includes a range of repair and consolidation techniques. The site is surrounded by fencing to prevent unauthorised access to the building. All tendering contractors can see the site's perimeter at any point during the contract period. The original date for the visit was Friday, July 19th, 2024, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. This date did not take place and all companies who had registered an interest by this date were contacted individually to make them aware of this. The new date for the visit will be Wednesday 24th July 2024. 10:30am to 3:30pm. During this period, tendering contractors will be permitted to inspect inside the structure. Please contact us via elgan.jones@insall-architects.co.uk to arrange a suitable time to visit between 10:30am – 3.30pm 24th July, 2024

Change fo Date Site Visit

As noted in Section 7 of the ITT, contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site to inform their methodology and pricing. The site is surrounded by fencing to prevent unauthorised access to the building. All tendering contractors can see the site's perimeter at any point during the contract period.

The original date for the visit was Friday, July 19th, 2024, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. This date did not take place and all companies who had registered an interest by this date were contacted individually to make them aware of this.

The new date for the visit will be Wednesday 24th July 2024. 10:30am to 3:30pm. During this period, tendering contractors will be permitted to inspect inside the structure.
