Orbit Group Limited is seeking through this ‘Selection Questionnaire’ to identify suitable capable suppliers to invite to tender (ITT - Invitation to Tender) for the provision of Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) Remedial Works.
The provision of these works is to be carried out in Orbit Group Limited's residential and communal properties across its portfolio in the following UK geographies:
Lot 1 - Single contractor supporting the Midlands Region
Lot 2 - Single contractor supporting the East and South Regions
The requirement would also expect the contractor(s) to support each region if/when work demands dictate.
Contractors must have the capability to fulfil each of the below key requirements to Orbit Group Limited's entire portfolio:
