Wirral Council has issued this Prior Information Notice (PIN) to raise awareness of a forthcoming contract opportunity for the delivery of Recycling, Waste and Street Cleansing and to give interested parties the option to participate in a Soft Market Testing (SMT) exercise. This exercise aims to provide the Council with the market providers’ views on its proposed approach and to help shape the procurement documents and service design that appeal to current markets and offer value for money solutions. Interested participants will also have the opportunity to participate in a market engagement event prior to the commencement of the procurement process.
