Abstract

The Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the Bassaleg Ambulance Station building. The scope of works includes addressing structural failures within the garage area, involving both steel and timber elements. The project also requires the re-roofing of a small flat roof that has reached the end of its serviceable life. In addition, some minor external reinstatement works may be required as part of the overall refurbishment. Contractors expressing interest should have demonstrable experience in similar refurbishment projects, preferably within operational healthcare or emergency service environments.
