Medium Scale Works (GBP 50,001 - GBP 500,000)
- Public realm improvement projects: improvements to town centre environments likely to involve highway surfacing, footpaths, drainage and improvements to signage.
- Road improvement: including improvements to junctions, access roads, carriageway resurfacing, car parks and distributor routes.
- Footpath/cycleway construction: the construction of new and improvements to existing foot and cycle way and resurfacing.
- Drainage, ground stabilisation and flood prevention schemes: schemes could include packages of several small drainage schemes, slope stabilisation or slope protection, flood prevention & protection schemes, harbour works and other council facilities.
