Devon County Council is seeking mature and proven SaaS (Software as a Service) systems
to fulfil the needs of adults and children’s social care case management and finance
requirements, already in use in another Local Authority setting.
The deliverables include but are not limited to modification (during and post
implementation), installation, integration, implementation and relevant on-going support of
an ICT system which will support improved service to DCC’s residents, staff and partner
agencies. The optional non-core functionalities are within scope and DCC reserve the right to
buy. They will be used to form part of the contract should it be commissioned during the
contract term (in line with the core functionalities pricing term of the contract).
The contract shall have a Core term of 5 years: June 2025 to June 2030.
With 6 Extension Options: 2 years + 2 years + 2 years+ 2 years+ 1 years + 1 year
