West Yorkshire Combined Authority will shortly be tendering for a training provider to deliver Level 3 Skills Booster programmes for West Yorkshire residents. The training should develop knowledge and skills for sector entry, underpinned by employer needs.
*This opportunity will only be available to suppliers who have been appointed to the WYCA 79437 Adult Skills DPS*

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
We are seeking to procure a high-quality, Level 3 accredited and employer-endorsed training provision that aligns with the needs of employers and the wider economy. The provision should deliver targeted interventions to address short- to medium-term skills shortages, supporting vacancy fulfilment and driving productivity. It must actively reduce barriers to access and promote equality, enabling participants* to progress into higher-skilled, well-paid employment, while increasing engagement from under-represented groups in education and training. Training will be available across the West Yorkshire region, unless there is a call to support a specific region or cohort.
We are seeking to commission a suite of Level 3 courses across 2 Lots. Blending the acquisition of specialist skills, accredited qualifications, holistic wrap-around support and careers information, advice and guidance. The training will support learners to progress with improved labour market status, following course completion.
