Abstract

Aberystwyth University currently has in place an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). The license is due to come to an end in September 2025. In parallel, there is a desire to introduce a Student Assistance Programme (SAP) to compliment our current Wellbeing and Support Services for students and to enable easy access to information, advice and support 24/7. The University does, as such wish to explore options available in the market to provide; 1) Lot 1 - A dedicated Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) 2) Lot 2 - A dedicated Student Assistance Programme (SAP) 3) Lot 3 - A combined service for students and staff
