Construction works to split an existing first floor room into two new rooms for a new data centre and plant room including associated electrical and mechanical works

The primary works are:

- Clearance of existing space and relocation of services (lighting, AC, Projector, smoke detector)

- New walls and door plus decoration

- New load bearing platform and new ESD flooring

- New suspended ceiling

- Provision of new electrical equipment

- Provision of gas suppression apparatus
