The works are designed to reduce the risk of ground instability and protect life, property, and infrastructure in the surrounding area. Please see the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document and appendices and other supporting attachments for full details of the proposed work. This tender process relates to a single contract that has not been broken down into multiple lots. The relatively small scale of the project and the need to have economical, proportionate contract management, combined with the nature and scope of the work, are why this procurement has not been broken down into separate lots. Please note the site visit planned for 10:30am, Friday 1st August 2025.
