This procurement relates to the direct award of a contract for the provision of Psychosexual Therapy Services under Direct Award Process C of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR), as set out in the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.<br/><br/>The contracting authority has determined that the existing provider, Family Action, is to continue delivering the service following expiry of the current contract. This decision is based on an assessment of the provider’s performance and suitability against the five key criteria of the PSR:<br/><br/>Quality and Innovation – The provider has consistently delivered high-quality services with evidence of innovation and continuous improvement.<br/>Value – The provider offers good value for money, with efficient use of resources and positive outcomes.<br/>Integration and Collaboration – The provider is well-integrated with local health and care systems and collaborates effectively with partners.<br/>Access, Inequalities and Choice – The service supports equitable access and addresses health inequalities in the local population.<br/>Social Value – The provider contributes positively to the wider social, economic, and environmental wellbeing of the community.<br/><br/>A Contract Award Notice will be published in accordance with PSR requirements. A standstill period of 8 days will be observed prior to contract commencement.
