Explanation
Business Continuity and Compliance; improved service delivery and value for money. The G-cloud 14 follows the Council's procurement approach hierarchy, namely that frameworks meeting the Council’s needs should be evaluated first and selected when feasible. The new contract would allow the council to continue service by allowing the time to be prepared for DfTs National Parking Platform.
