We are inviting proposals from qualified vendors to create innovative and practical use cases for the Internet of Things (IoT). The objective is to explore and demonstrate the potential applications of IoT in various sectors, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and user experience.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The selected vendor will be responsible for:

1. Identifying and developing at least three unique and robust IoT use cases in environmental with a further three in the care sector.

2. Conducting a feasibility study for each use case.

3. Designing and implementing prototypes or pilot projects in collaboration with the Council’s Digital Services.

4. Providing detailed documentation and reports on the use cases, including potential benefits, challenges, implementation strategies and cost implications.
