Engagement process description
NHS Blood and Transplant is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform its commercial strategy for a potential future requirement for occupational, vocational and emergency response driver training.
The anticipated scope may include emergency response driver training, occupational/defensive driver training, refresher training, banksman training, new vehicle familiarisation/induction training including electric vehicle familiarisation, driver assessor training and vocational licence acquisition training.
The purpose of this engagement is to understand market capability, delivery models, geographic coverage, capacity, relevant emergency services/healthcare experience, subcontracting or partnership models, mobilisation considerations, indicative risks and any factors that may inform the future procurement strategy.
