This direct award prevents major administrative friction and technical disruption, allowing the university to maintain seamless integration with its existing financial systems, approval workflows, and booking platforms. Crucially, it eliminates any gaps in the university’s strict duty of care obligations to staff and students; CTM provides immediate, uninterrupted access to essential live traveler tracking, emergency communication channels, and FCDO risk alerts.
