Social Care Wales has made significant investment in Microsoft 365; however, levels of confidence, adoption and effective use vary across teams and roles. Leaders currently lack consistent, organisation level insight into digital confidence, behaviours, usage patterns, accessibility considerations and barriers to adoption.
