Conditions of participation
The Tenderer must demonstrate that:
- It is legally constituted and authorised to enter into contracts in the United Kingdom.
- It is not an excluded or excludable supplier under the Procurement Act 2023.
- It is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- It maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance with a minimum indemnity limit of £5,000,000 per claim.
- It maintains Employer's Liability Insurance of not less than £10,000,000.
- It has not been subject to any adverse regulatory enforcement action, professional disciplinary action or withdrawal of professional accreditation within the previous three years that would materially affect its ability to deliver the Contract.
- It agrees to comply with all confidentiality, data protection and conflict of interest requirements contained within the procurement documents.
Conditions of participation
The Tenderer must demonstrate that it possesses the necessary technical and professional capability to deliver the Contract.
As a minimum, the Tenderer must:
- Have demonstrable experience of providing valuation, disposal advisory, brokerage, agency or transaction management services relating to healthcare property assets.
- Have completed at least three comparable healthcare property assignments within the previous five years, involving care homes, specialist care facilities, healthcare real estate or similar operational assets.
- Have access to suitably qualified personnel capable of delivering the Contract, including RICS-qualified valuation professionals and senior advisory personnel experienced in healthcare property transactions.
- Demonstrate access to active operator, investor and purchaser networks within the UK healthcare property market.
- Demonstrate experience of managing confidential transactions involving commercially sensitive information.
- Demonstrate the ability to undertake independent valuation services, market testing, transaction support and strategic advisory services within the timescales
