The client is seeking the involvement of a Main Contractor to carry out the transformational restoration and refurbishment of Plas Gunter

Mansion in Abergavenny. A Grade II listed building, Plas Gunter Mansion has a remarkable history. With its hidden Catholic chapel and

its gorgeous 17th century ceiling, this building could be one of the brightest jewels in Abergavenny’s tourism crown.

The external and internal refurbishment works will make the building safe, welcoming, and fully accessible.

Note: We are not asking you to provide case studies at this stage – we just need to be sure you have the experience necessary before

spending time on a tender.

Please provide details of your insurance

Note: Valid insurances are required and will be re-checked once the successful contractor has been selected.

Please provide the turnover figures (ex VAT) for the last five years and annual accounts for the last three years.
