Rydym yn dymuno denu ceisiadau gan unigolion neu sefydliadau sy’n meddu ar y profiad priodol i'n cefnogi i ddatblygu a chyflwyno rhaglen dysgu proffesiynol a chymorth arweinyddiaeth ar gyfer arweinwyr Gwaith Ieuenctid yng Nghymru. Bydd y comisiwn yn cynnwys datblygu Llwybr Dysgu Proffesiynol manwl ar gyfer Arweinwyr Gwaith Ieuenctid wedi'i wreiddio’n benodol yng nghanfyddiadau Adroddiad Gwerthuso Ymgynghorydd Gwaith Ieuenctid 2022–2025 yr Academi Genedlaethol ar gyfer Arweinyddiaeth Addysgol (NAEL). Mae’r adroddiad yn darparu dadansoddiad gwaelodlin o gryfderau, bylchau a blaenoriaethau strategol y sector.

We are seeking bids from suitably experienced individuals or organisations to support us to develop and deliver a professional learning and leadership support programme for Youth Work leaders in Wales. The commission will include the development of a detailed Professional Learning Pathway for Youth Work Leaders grounded explicitly in the findings of the National Academy for Educational Leadership (NAEL) 2022–2025 Youth Work Advisor Evaluation Report, which provides a baseline analysis of sector strengths, gaps and strategic priorities.

The aim of this commission is to build on the momentum established through the NAEL Youth Work Advisor role, strengthen professional learning pathway, and ensure that Youth Work leaders have equitable access to high-quality leadership development within the national education landscape.
