Contract dates (estimated)

01 August 2026, 00:00AM to 31 July 2027, 23:59PM

Does this contract include options?: Yes

Options description:

Planned Modifications - We may move underspend from one provider to another up to the 50% limit but within the overall contract limit agreed so no impact on overall amount contracted.

Materialisation of a known risk - A provider could go out of business during the life of the contract, at this point we may share the contract value amongst other good performing providers but only up to 50% limit and again staying within the overall value contracted across them all. The same situation would occur should someone be under-performing so much we remove the contract from them. Poor Ofsted inspection may require us to take termination action with any provider with a similar resolution
