Abstract

Design and construction of multiple industrial and employment units at Plot C3, Parc Bryn Cegin, Bangor, including associated infrastructure, external works and landscaping. The development comprises approximately 3,712m² of high-quality commercial accommodation to support economic growth and employment opportunities within the Bangor and wider Gwynedd area. Read Construction is inviting businesses to attend an online Meet the Buyer event for the Parc Bryn Cegin, Bangor (Phase 1, Plot C3) development. The event will provide an opportunity for companies to introduce their services, discuss their capabilities and learn more about upcoming procurement opportunities associated with the project. We are particularly interested in hearing from businesses operating in the following trades and services: - Materials – Doorsets / Ironmongery / Kitchen Units etc. - Joinery – Labour Only - Floor Finishes - Decoration - Suspended Ceilings / Plasterboard / Plastering - Kitchens - Fencing - Tarmacadam - White Lining - Landscaping Read Construction is committed to maximising local economic benefits and is particularly keen to engage with businesses based in Gwynedd and the wider North Wales region. The event will consist of allocated 10-minute one-to-one Microsoft Teams appointments with members of the Read Construction team. Appointments will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and interested businesses will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation following registration. To register your interest, please send your name, company name, telephone number and trade/service to general@readconstruction.co.uk by 21 August 2026. Please note that attendance at the Meet the Buyer event does not guarantee inclusion in any tender process or the award of work.
