This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice published under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.<br/><br/>The award is being made using Direct Award Process C.<br/><br/>The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>Croydon Health Services NHS Trust intends to observe the mandatory eight working day standstill period commencing on the day after publication of this notice.<br/><br/>Subject to no representations being received during the standstill period, the Trust intends to enter into the contract with the identified provider.
