Gloucestershire County Council has awarded this contract by direct award under the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) RM6202 Tail Spend Solution Framework Agreement.
RM6202 is an existing framework agreement established in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Unite Procurement UK Ltd is an approved supplier on the framework and the call-off contract has been awarded in accordance with the framework terms, conditions and ordering procedures.
The contract relates to the supply of vaping products, including starter kits and consumables, to support smoking cessation services and tobacco dependency treatment pathways across Gloucestershire.
