Brentford School for Girls consists of a single site based in Brentford. The contract is for an initial 3 year fixed period starting from January 2016, with 2 annual options to extend by a further 12 months each, up to a maximum total contract duration of 5 years.
The scope will be for a regular cleaning service during term time and a planned deep cleans outside of term time. Costs of the service will be required to be detailed in full. TUPE will apply for this school.

Candidates will be assessed in accordance with Part 4 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006, as amended, (implementing Title II, Chapter VII Section 2 of Directive 2004/18/EC) on the basis of information provided in response to a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) copies of which are available via the following website only;

Economic and financial capacity

Minimum insurance cover of 10 000 000 GBP public liability insurance and 5 000 000 employers liability insurance are required. Where a loss is recorded for the latest year provided, the latest figures are over 12 months old or the Contracting Authority feel the figures provide a cause for concern, a further credit check of your organisation may be undertaken. Should this report prove unsatisfactory then the submission will be rejected.
