Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
Mount Green Housing Association (MGHA) wish to appoint an experienced and qualified contractor to deliver a responsive repair and void refurbishment works contract. The contract will not include any gas repairs as these are subject to a separate contract. MGHA provides a range of housing and support services in the Surrey area. Applicants are advised that the works will comprise a single contract and the successful Applicant will therefore be awarded all works as a single contract.

MGHA reserves the right to extend the original term for a further 5 years on an annually renewable basis or as a single 5 year extension, subject to detailed annual reviews by MGHA based on performance, quality and delivery of the works and services. |
