Abstract

Mount Green Housing Association (MGHA) wish to appoint an experienced and qualified contractor to deliver a responsive repair and void refurbishment works contract. The contract will not include any gas repairs as these are subject to a separate contract. MGHA provides a range of housing and support services in the Surrey area. Applicants are advised that the works will comprise a single contract and the successful Applicant will therefore be awarded all works as a single contract.

The works will comprise providing responsive repairs and void refurbishment works to approximately 1 300 properties in the Surrey area. The annual estimated value of works is 500 000 GBP.

Options

It is currently envisaged that, subject to detailed annual reviews by MGHA covering performance, quality of service and delivery of the works and services, the contract will run for a period of 5 years. MGHA reserves the right to extend the original term for a further 5 years on an annually renewable basis or as a single 5 year extension, subject to detailed annual reviews by MGHA based on performance, quality and delivery of the works and services.
