A Roster Management System that will allow them to provide fixed and flexible rosters for c. 3 000 staff across a range of airport departments. The system should provide functionality including but not limited to handling task allocation to a time slice granularity of 15 minutes and have the capability to deploy staff as individuals or as part of a team. It should also provide self-service functionality via an App or Browser agnostic functionality for employees and managers allowing for leave viewing and management, shift-swaps etc. with reference to employment rules.
