Lodging of appeals

The Contracting Authority incorporated a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract. The standstill period was for a minimum of 10 calendar days in which it provided time for the unsuccessful economic operators to challenge the award decision before any contract was entered into. Any tenderer wishing to appeal the decision shall have the rights set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
