Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

Formålet med kontrakten er at støtte EBA's tilsyns- og politikfunktioner ved udbydelse af en hurtig og fleksibel måde at dække myndighedens behov for midlertidige erhvervsanalytikere. EBA kan benytte midlertidige erhvervsanalytikere som supplement til eget personale af følgende årsager:

a) til at håndtere spidsbelastningsperioder, der gør det nødvendigt med ekstra arbejdskraft i en afgrænset periode, f.eks. den EU-dækkende stresstest, og andre initiativer på EU-plan

b) til midlertidigt at udføre meget tekniske opgaver frem for almindelige, der udspringer af specifikke projekter

c) til midlertidigt at levere specialiseret personale på grund af specifikke behov samt personalemangel

d) til midlertidigt at udføre opgaver, der kræver særlige kompetencer, der ikke er til rådighed hos EBA

e) til at rådgive om tekniske spørgsmål og støtte etableringen af særlige projekter.
