Extensive experience and excellent credentials in the premium snack catering and hospitality service in France and UK.
— Provide statements from banks or evidence of professional risk indemnity insurance.
— Provide balance sheets or extracts therefrom, where publication of the balance sheets is required under company law.
— A statement of overall turnover and turnover in respect of services to which the proposed contract relates for the previous 3 financial years.
— Details of parent/subsidiary companies.
— A statement confirming that you have not been bankrupt for the last 3 years and no intention to file for bankruptcy.
— Provide a statement confirming that you have satisfied all social and fiscal obligations for the last 3 years.
— A statement of average annual manpower and managerial staff past 3 years.
— A statement of equipment and facilities available.
— Meet the necessary regulatory requirements and hygiene certifications.
— Accident statistics for the last 3 years.
