We have pleasure in inviting you to tender for the provision of a Recruitment Full Service Solution (“Services”) to Aston Martin Lagonda Limited (“AML” or the “Company”). This ITT is to provide all the recruitment requirements for both staff and technicians for our new facility in St Athan Wales.

The intended outcome of this tender process is to appoint a company to provide the Services that, in the view of the AML selection team, best meet the needs of AML.

Total quantity or scope of tender

This ITT is intended to provide you with the necessary information to enable you to submit your proposals. Your proposals should seek to employ best practice combined with any relevant new technologies that you may consider appropriate.

Your proposals are sought in relation to the provision of the following services to the Company;

• Resourcing solution to cover both temporary and permanent hires for all professional/corporate recruitment and skilled/unskilled operative roles covering all areas of the business for our new facility in St Athan Wales.

Proposals should cover the following:

• Capability to attract, source and supply candidates across the following disciplines: Manufacturing Direct, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance / Facilities, Product Development, Planning, Finance, Legal, HR, IT, MP&L, Sales & Marketing

• Demonstrate capability and reach within the automotive sector for specialist roles

• Demonstrate capability to support international recruitment for wider business locations

• Systems– what recruitment (ATS) system would be implemented to manage the process

• Service level agreements, KPIs and reporting (i.e. response time on initial requests, turn-around times on shortlists, interviewing, checking and offers. Time to fill, retention rates, candidate utilisation rates. How often will you report, which activities will you report, how will the reports be presented)

• Strategy to manage existing PSL

• Candidate experience – explain how the candidate experience will be managed when applying for AML roles.

• Provide case studies of previous or existing clients where you have provided a similar service

AML’s standard terms and conditions ‘AMLNPTCSGS 2016’ apply. A copy of this document can be found in Appendix 1.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are 60 days Net Monthly.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

All Suppliers must have completed the AML Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to receiving this document (see attached standard template). If this document has not yet been signed please contact Jayne Cerisola via email and the document will be sent over for you to complete.
