Groundwork & associated building works for a new Rotary Parlour & collecting yard

Description of the goods or services required

To supply & erect the following:

Foundations to the parlour & all associated building works

Concrete floors to the parlour area with non-slip carborundum finish

Block work to office, plant room etc.

To supply & fit UPVC doors & windows as required

Loft to all rooms

Fibreglass to walls - 450m2

External & internal concrete panel walls to the collecting yard & cow exit area.

Concrete floor to the collecting yard & cow exit with patterns press non slip finish

External concrete yards - 500m2

Slurry channels 1m x 1m with concrete slat tops to the full width of the building, and to connect to the existing reception pit.

Drainage to collect all wash down water. To be collected in 15,000 litre above ground tank and used for floor washing in the collecting yard & cow exit.

To supply & fit all ducting & water pipes (underground)

All gates for cow exit to form pens & external gates. All gates to be galvanised.

All HSE requirements.

All concrete area to be a minimum of 150mm deep with RC40 concrete

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required

Tenders are invited only on the basis of the supplier being able to provide project delivery within a 6 month period from contract award.

Liquidated Damages - £2,000 per week or part thereof

Rectification Period - 6 Months

Retention Percentage - 3%

Contractor’s Insurance Cover - £2,000,000

Insurance Liability of Employer - £5,000,000
