Value is based on 1 project (to be run under DPS) on the Feasibility and RIBA stages 1 to 3 of work.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:
To join DPS normal SQ assessment and some specific technical capability and case studies (quality) each question will be scored out of 10 (ten), there are 3 questions and the overall pass mark is 21 (twenty one). If architects do not obtain this mark they will be declined to join the DPS.
Further competitions may include further quality which will be specific to the scheme/project.
