Prestación de servicios médicos y de otro tipo para los miembros del personal actuales y futuros de la EMA y la ABE en línea con el Estatuto del personal. Sopimuksen kohteena on terveydenhuoltopalvelujen ja muiden palvelujen toimittaminen Euroopan lääkeviraston (EMA) ja Euroopan pankkiviranomaisen (EPV) nykyisille ja mahdollisille tuleville henkilöstön jäsenille henkilöstösääntöjen mukaisesti. În cazul unei presupuse administrari necorespunzatoare, se poate depune o plângere la Ombudsmanul European în termen de 2 ani de la data la care s-a luat cuno¿tin¿a de faptele pe care se bazeaza plângerea (a se vedea http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu). O astfel de plângere nu are drept efect suspendarea termenului sau deschiderea unui nou termen pentru utilizarea cailor de atac.

În termen de 2 luni de la notificarea deciziei de atribuire, se poate depune o plângere la organismul men¿ionat la punctul VI.4.1.
