List and brief description of conditions:
The Contractor is to make their own assessment and confirm this to ScotRail regarding the works being “on or near the line”. If required the Contractor should allow for the provision of PTS qualified staff.
Any design of Temporary Works is to be checked in accordance with NR/L3/CIV/003.

Contractors not submitting offers for all locations will not be considered.

III.2.2) Contract performance conditions
Contractors shall be required to provide a Programme of works and an associated Work Package Plan, incorporating site and activity risks, for acceptance by Abellio ScotRail prior to works commencing. Contractors shall also be required to prepare task briefings for key activities. A Construction Phase Plan will be required for CDM notifiable works.
