The Council is seeking providers to join a dynamic framework agreement for residential rehabilitation placements, which will be purchased by the Council from a range of service providers as detailed in the specification under the Light Touch Regime using a bespoke dynamic framework procedure.
Residential rehabilitation is a Tier 4 intervention, providing accommodation, support and rehabilitation to service users with complex drug and/or alcohol misuse issues, who may have other co-existing physical and/or mental health needs.
The framework will consist of:
Residential Rehabilitation service for drug and alcohol misuse, the dynamic framework contract shall commence on 1.10.2018 for a period of 3 years to 30.9.2021 with an option to extend for 1 further year.

Debriefing by the Council shall be in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 (as amended) (the Regulations). Such information should be requested from the addressee in Section 1.1.
