II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The OJEU Open Procedure was used to procure the residential activities element of the Prince's Trust Team Programme. The services to be provided includes: residential accommodation for 4 days and 3 nights for between 12 and 18 participants and residential accommodation for up to 4 Prince's Trust supervisory staff. Also provision of activities to all participants in line with Prince's Trust Team Programme guidelines. It is anticipated that there will be 9 courses purchased via this contract per year. The contract is for an initial 2 year period with options to extend for another 2 x 1 years.
